Christopher Pepe

Christopher brings over 17 years of real estate-secured lending experience. Prior to founding LoanGeek, Christopher served as a Director at WBL.com, where he was responsible for relationship management, strategic partnerships, originations/structuring and sales management. Prior to WBL, Christopher was an associate in Deutsche Bank’s residential mortgage-backed securities group and was responsible for originations, nonperforming loan workouts, whole loan sales, and supporting the financing of Fortune 500 real estate portfolios. When he isn’t changing the commercial lending world, he enjoys golf, pickleball, traveling, and is a bit of a foodie.

Kunal Bhasin

Kunal brings his passion for using technology to help to bridge the gap between borrowers and capital providers. As a co-founder at LoanGeek, Kunal looks to further this mission by creating an eco system where lenders compete to provide the lowest cost financing available to LoanGeek’s customers and bringing transparency to all sides of the transaction. Kunal is currently CEO at 1West.com and has spent much of his career working with small business owners and capital providers. When Kunal isn’t working on his businesses, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children and traveling the world.

Cheyne Pierce

Cheyne is passionate about bringing new ideas to life through the power of code. He loves the challenge of working alongside others to define a product and craft an elegant software architecture to make everything work. As CTO of LoanGeek, Cheyne brings over a decade of experience building complex applications in a variety of industries.

Prior to founding LoanGeek he worked as CTO at 1West and as senior technical architect at Torrent Consulting. When he’s not at his laptop, Cheyne enjoys running, cooking (especially over a fire), exploring the outdoors, and family movie nights.

Travis McKenzie is the Chief People Officer at LoanGeek, bringing over 20 years of experience in building brands and nurturing the people behind them. His expertise lies in creating environments where teams can grow and perform at their best, aligning talent strategies with business goals to drive meaningful outcomes. Travis has a deep focus on team dynamics, organizational development, and fostering a culture of growth and innovation. At LoanGeek, he is dedicated to building a people-first organization where individuals can unlock their full potential, with a focus on transparency, integrity, and long-term success. Outside of work, Travis’s passions for food, fitness, and travel fuel his drive for continuous personal growth. A devoted father, he finds inspiration in his children, striving to create a balanced life where family, health, and career all thrive together.
